Customers are responsible for adherence to all Federal, State and Local laws which includes examples such as (but is not limited to):

1. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

2. National Firearms Act (NFA) of 1934.

3. Gun Control Act (GCA) of 1968.

4. Firearms Owners' Protection Act (FOPA) of 1986.

5. All magazine capacity restrictions.

Use of products:

Firearms are inherently dangerous so we insist that safety comes first and urge everyone to first familiarize themselves (and others) with basic firearms safety before handling.  This is a first step as continued education and training are essential.

All parts installation must be performed by a qualified professional gunsmith and frequent safety checks are essential indefinitely.    

Due to the nature of products sold here, returns and/or refunds are generally not accepted.  In rare circumstances exceptions may be made however, it's at the sole discretion of NavGunner LLC.  In those very uncommon situations, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued and must be clearly displayed both inside and outside of the returned package.  Return shipping costs (including insurance) are the responsibility of the customer.
